Our policies are designed to protect your appointment time, maintain professionalism, and ensure a safe environment for everyone.
Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled session price.
• Cancellations made with less than 6 hours notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), will be charged 100% of the scheduled session price.
Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations prevent other clients from scheduling needed care.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the next scheduled appointment. The full session fee still applies.
Professional Conduct Policy
640Rx Therapeutic Massage maintains a strictly professional therapeutic environment.
Any inappropriate suggestions, requests, comments, gestures, or behavior will result in:
- Immediate termination of the session
- Full session fee charged
- Possible permanent dismissal as a client
- A police report filed depending on severity

Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificates are available for purchase online or in-studio and are subject to the following terms:
• Promotional or discounted gift certificates expire 6 months from the date of issue.
• The amount paid toward any gift certificate retains value for 5 years from the date of issue, in accordance with state guidelines.
• All standard (non-discounted) gift certificates expire 5 years from the date of issue.
• 640Rx Therapeutic Massage is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced certificates.
Gift certificates must be presented at time of service. Expired promotional values may not be honored at full promotional rate but may be applied toward current service pricing at the discretion of the practice.
